What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Bicycle Part Supply utilizes PayPal for our transactions. A PayPal account is NOT required to use your credit card. PayPal simply provides a much more secure and regulated platform to keep your information safe. 

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 1-3 business days once order has been placed to be packed and shipped. A majority of shipments will be USPS Priority Mail taking only 2-3 business days of shipping time.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data at Bicycle Part Supply is important to us. We utilize SSL certificates and send all payments offsite through PayPal to keep your data safe.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you have placed your order you will get an email notification that we have received the order.  When the order ships you will get an updated email with the tracking information.  

At any time you can log back into the site and go to “My Account” and see order status, track orders, or contact us.


Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoices are available in the ‘My Orders’ section of ‘My Account.’ You will also receive a printed copy with your shipment.
