General Terms and Conditions for Shipping and Handling

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery on Standard Shipping Orders. No delivery hour is guaranteed. Second day orders placed on Thursday arrive on Monday. Friday orders on Tuesday.

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Rates are calculated based on the amount of items ordered and item sizes. Wheels, rims, and larger orders have higher shipping rates due to their required box sizes.

When selecting Overnight or 2-day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as required to get your items to you within the promised time frame. Orders going to a P.O. Box cannot be shipped 2-Day or Overnight.

Cartridges, inflators and aerosols cannot ship by 2nd day air or overnight.

Additional fees may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO, or FPO addresses. Offers do not apply to foreign addresses.

BPS uses United States Postal Service.

We are usually able to accommodate requests for a specific carrier. Please reach out to: contact@bicyclepartsupply.com for more assistance. Often shipping rates will be higher.

Tracking Order(s)

We will send a notification email with tracking number when we ship your purchase. You may follow its progress on the carrier’s website. To find your tracking numbers click here: Track My Order

Delays and Cancellations

Bicycle Part Supply reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If we have any product availability, payment, or address concerns that may delay or cancel your order, then we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you or resolve the issue prior to the expected ship time, then the delivery guarantee will be invalid and may not be honored.

If we know of weather or another event that might delay shipping, then we will attempt to notify you. If you experience a blizzard, hurricane, or any deemed delay by the carrier then delivery of your order will be delayed until the carrier can safely deliver it.

If you paid for expedited delivery and the carrier does not attempt delivery by the date we expected, then we will refund the delivery charge. You must notify us within 72 hours of a missed delivery to be eligible for a delivery charge refund.
